praesentation-layout: 12 pages with 150cm high and 75cm and 50 cm width pages and 1 urban design model (1_1000) and 2 town house models (1_100)

new design of town houses for a growing part of the city dresden. idea of privat - half public - full public green which can be divided in different ways apart from the privat green inside of the building.

during the design progress it changed the whole topic and went into a main urban design plan for the east part of Dresden as a connection between two main universities in dresden as a "wissenschaftszug".
also the technical part of the town houses become a main focus. developed with two big firms (glazing, sunprotection and solar) new details and a whole package for sustainable house design and plus plus - energy rating.
the design will be submitted to the council asap and see where it takes. the design is also a base for the next 6. bachalor semester course on HTW Dresden for main design studio.
