The Maltings comprises three Malt Houses, they were built bewteen 1887-1901.  They were constructed for Cardiff Malting Company and were used as maltings until the mid-1970s.  In 1980s, Planning Consent  allow the change of the use, today,  the building are used as office, workshops and storage with variety facilities like conference room,  small caffee and gymnasium.
