Description:
Based on the deconstruction cuisine, isolating the ingredients of a known dish, capturing the essence of each of them, and rebuilt the recipe in an unusual manner. Thereby the appearance and the texture are completely different, whilst the result  has the reminiscence from the previous creation.

Challenges:

To express the Chef´s concept into the space.
To apply sustainable principles in an existing place.
To create an holistic experience around senses

Accomplishments:
A major element of light that travels through the interior space creating a consistent environment. It leaves from the kitchen or place of creations, and wrapping the surface up to the ceiling, creating empty spaces for the client´s mind to compose.

This project has reached LEED Platinum Certification.
