At the nearby site of the University Spittal, on the west bank of a river, we had to design expansion areas for archival and studio space for our university.
The plot is characterized by existing buildings from the 19th century. This building was used at that time as a hydroelectric power plant.
Another important feature of the plot are the two channels that extend from north to south through the park.
