Client driven remodelling project. The proposal asked for an expansion to existing construction and giving each of the areas a particular feel, through furnishing, lighting and color pallette proposals.
Status: Under Construction
My Role: Creating a 3d model from a set of sketch drawings. Adjust model to real site proportions. Apply texture, lighting and effects to create a high quality render. Producing working construction documents.
