Conceptual development for Ritz Carlton hotel, amenities, administrative offices, multi-family housing, bungalos, etc. Design challenge was to incorporate alternative and sustainable techniques (deep water cooling), as well as waste reduction (on site plasma degasification for waste) and LEED certification for all buildings.
