Conversion of 1,300 sq.ft. renovation of raw space in historic “Old Town” Portland, OR.  From concepts, to design-build drawing set, and FF&E specifications, this project design was conducted entirely remotely (from France) for first-time restaurant and bar owner, Mr. Azim Patel, over the course of 16 weeks, from first contact to installation and ‘grand opening.’
