This is a Residential Project located in Santa Monica, CA.  The house is wrapped around the pool, which is integral to the structure of the building.  The house has three bedrooms with a kitchen / dining / living room pavilion that overlooks the spacious yard because the 2,000 sf  home is loaded onto one half of the lot.
