Renovation of existing house and new addition. Addition provides new entry on second floor, half bath, dining area and family room. First floor redesign included moving kitchen, new living room location and opening to dining and family rooms. Construction incorporated SIPS, rain screens and green products. The result is increased natural light and air circulation throughout the house, better access to front door, and better function/ interaction between spaces.
