Schematic design for this 8,000 square feet house in a gated community was well underway when I joined the firm. My job was to produce a basic permit set for the contractor and interior decorator on board to take over. However, my participation became very intensive throughout Construction Administration as the project became better defined and more refined. I assisted the clients with detailing and decision making of interiors, material, color and furnishing selections. Their daughter was the landscape designer and my opinions were also sought after. I can claim credit for the ceilings and the stair handrail as well.
