In one of the densest cities on the planet, this urban park will attempt to link the city context with open and flourishing space dedicated to public events and gatherings. The scheme will eventually have the ability to grow as a unit, therefore as more public space is needed, more of the building will be added. 

The architecture of South America has always attempted to reflect the conditions of the configuration. This nearly all open air tower will represent perhaps a transition into fully public programs. Each phase of the building will depict a portion of a lifespan. As the tower grows, elements become more defined and recognizable.
