The client wanted a U shaped house since the beginning althought we tried the L shaped format due to the landscape but he was having none of that. 

This house features 3 bedrooms and an open spaced kitchen, dining and living room. It has a very large garage that can feature 5 cars and a working space.

The design and the construction materials were chosen in a dialogue with the client and both parts were very satisfied with the end result.

The construction that´s featured in the 3d model is to be demolished. It´s the house in which the client currently lives.
