We project a vision of a Seattle Center that absorbs and reflects shifting ideals, a permanent placeholder for future citizens to mold.  We reimagine Seattle Center as an arbiter of change, breathing new life into the urban context, encouraging fringe development, and reinforcing the link between Elliot Bay and Lake Union.
