This was my last project during my studies at Penn College. A mixed use building that is located next to the Olympic sculpture park in Seattle Washington. The first floor house retail and a small art gallery in the back that would be connected to the park. The second floor is designed for single/double bedroom housing.This floor has access to the roof garden on the second floor and to the stairway on the exterior that lead up to the top floors.   The third and fourth floor is for small size family apartments.These floor are three to four bedroom apartments and have connection to the outdoor via the sky garden.
