LEED Gold BEQ located in Everett, WA. This $65M, mulit- story residence was a unique project for the Department of the Navy in that the living units for the sailors were designed to be of a quality consistant with market rate housing.  The intent was to provide the sailors with a place to live that they would be proud of an dthus maintain high  morale.  This was also the second certified LEED Gold project for the Navy.  This being a design-build project I collaborated extensively with our contractor partner Hoffman Construction in delivering a building that complied and exceeded the RFP provided by NAVFAC NW.
