The purpose of this project was to focus on a housing scheme on an undeveloped neighborhood in Knoxville, TN while making it affordable and aesthetically pleasing. As students working on this project, we had to factor in zones, building codes, and ADA accessibility as well as a 'tight budget'. The challenge of this project was staying within the 'budget limit' while providing a unique architectural experience to the neighborhood.
