These are marketing photos I took of the condo which sold December 2012. I agreed to take on the considerable challenges of bringing this unit up to 'move-in' condition. I developed a program and design to repair wheelchair damage to walls and woodwork, replace bi-fold doors to give the unit a fresh look, and eliminate the major problem of long-term water damage to the condo floors, I knew I had my work cut out for me.
It took almost a year, but I put together a design plan / schedule, hired a local building contractor, negotiated construction permission with condominium management, hired a realtor team (Mike and Irena--you rock), supervised the construction, and sold the unit for fair market value.
One staging adjustment which was a big challenge was the pristine walnut grand piano, formerly located in the far corner (center) sold separately during the time the unit was on the market, and was moved out a few weeks prior to sale. I carefully re-arranged existing furnishings in order to re-balance the visual appeal of the space.
