This three story row house located in the Philadelphia neighborhood of Roxborough was gutted down to the studs while a large kitchen / bedroom addition was added to the rear of the building.  Renewable and recyclable materials, as well as, day-lighting, energy efficiency and  indoor air quality were priorities.  This full facelift provided the homeowner with a sky-lit stairwell, large south facing windows, bamboo floors, new HVAC system, ceiling fans, low flow fixtures, and energy star appliances.
