A series of renders/photoshop in collaboration with Matthew Darbyshire for the Zabludowicz Collection's exhibition The Shape We're In, in both London and New York. Alongside artists such as Nick van Woert and Tracy Emin, the artwork cast a sceptical eye at the ubiquitous and superficial gentrification of our cities at the hands of Urban Splash et al. 

The accompanying publication (ISBN 978-1-907921-01-8) featured texts by writers to accompany each work. This work (and ELIS) was reflected on by Owen Hatherly. Hopefully, I'll be able to get clearance to add the text here (albeit potentially abridged) at a later date.
