The existing house was renovated and altered to accomodate 2 dwelling units one above the other for two families comprising of father and son.

Boundaries were desolved bringing outseide to the inside.

My resonsibilities included documentation, measured drawing of the exisitng structure, design development, 3D modeling, elevation options,interior detailing, permission drawings, working drawings, co-ordination and execution of the project and site reviews.
