Affordable housing project for the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. Two typical apartment units were designed. One design was for a 2/3 convertible bedroom apartment and the other design was for a 3/5 convertible bedroom apartment. The units were then aggregated to create a system of units, forming the apartment building. A fabrication shop is incorporated into the ground level of the site, creating a live/work environment.
