1,000 SF remodel of an open office space with adjoining storage space into a one-bedroom apartment. Work required maintaining historical features including marble fireplaces, plaster ceiling details, and molding profiles.  Designed new kitchen and custom bathroom to replace kitchenette and toilet closet in storage space and installed new closets and hard-wood flooring.
