New construction, additions and remodeling for the largest IKEA store outside of Europe.  Building areas include showrooms, 350 person restaurant, administrative and warehouse facilities.  Responsibilities included coordination with the Owner’s representatives for design, execution of municipality submittals, management of construction documentation  and construction administration.
