This project currently being designed is a small house on a Caribbean island. The house is to accommodate a young couple who wish to build a haven of peace where they can live both inside and out. The accommodation faces the terrace and its swimming pool. Thus, the living room as well as the bedroom have direct access to the terrace. The small budget was an opportunity to think about a constrained but generous spatial layout.
