Principal designer on remodel / renovation

Overseeing the development of construction documentation. Communication with the construction team, created layout of all spatial changes to 1st floor expanding kitchen and adding dining room. Selected all new finish materials inside and out. Developed and procured visual concept for interiors including the design and execution of bespoke furnishings and carpets.
