*  Involved in supervising the implementation of the project consists of 17 underground stations and Depot.

*  Overseeing the entire architectural process from conception to completion.

*  Reviewing the detailed design and shop drawings in order to check its conformity with the project specifications and to ensure project remains within budget.

*  Review and Approve the Interface Management Plans (IMP), the Combine Service Drawings (CSD), Delivery Routes Drawings (DRD), and Structural Electrical and Mechanical Drawings (SEM).

*  Review and approve Life safety reports for station, passenger evacuation routes, fire scenarios, and firefighting system design following the Egyptian and International Standards.

*  Review and Approve Material Submittals, method of statements, and attend site and factory visits, testing & commissioning activities for the implementation of the Project, following the employer requirements and in accordance with the best common practice and to the highest possible professional standard.

*  Providing on-site supervision during construction to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

*  Provide assistance and solutions to the contractor’s technical queries during all the stages of the design, installation and commissioning of the works.

ú  Conduct design review activities and to ensure all Client requirements are met.

*  Report any major issues or expected conflicts.

* Review coordination and synthesis between the architectural drawings, MEP, Landscape and structure as required.

* Provide leadership in the resolution of all design and technical issues relating to the railway.

* Prepare presentations for Senior and Executive Management on all technical related matters.

*  Provide regular report updates on progress of resolution of all outstanding issues.

*  Coordinate with multiple discipline leads for technical matters.

*  Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

*  Prepare and present the design, coordination and development work through follow up and progress meetings with all parties related to the project.

*  Mentoring and guiding junior architects and interns, fostering their professional growth and development.
