The new city center would represent a new gathering place in the
city, with its pavilions on the “back” of the main building and a
staircase. The center becomes a new event generator and revitalizes
the abandoned area. The building consists of two parts, where the
administrative section is housed in the smaller structure, and the main
functions in the larger one. The two buildings are connected by a
skywalk, which is further linked to the sidewalk and plaza of the center.
