GROWHUB focuses on the production of nutritious fresh food, aiming to transform Willert Park - which has few fresh food resources - into a hub that will attract investment, development, businesses, and residents.

The anchor of the development is a trio of food-centered businesses that provide employment for residents in the neighborhood.

A grocery store on the ground level of the existing building on Pratt is complemented by an indoor hydroponic vertical farm and an open- air garden terrace on the second floor, and greenhouses on the roof. Residential units at the north end of the second floor are entered from a lobby on Pratt; each unit has a private garden terrace.
