Exercise of restoration project of a house designed by the architect Smiljan Radic located in a forest on the island of Chiloé. A new structure is proposed for the roof transforming the space of the old staircase into a skylight, extends the existing terrace with the solution of a tub, a bathroom, sauna and loggia.
