From the start of the project, climatic and environmental issues were considered in close relation to architecture and landscape.

• Stay away from polluted areas by letting open ground and vegetation develop there
• Build with as little footprint as possible to free up planted spaces and encourage the infiltration of rainwater.
• Rehabilitate remarkable buildings and bring them back to life in the heart of this wasteland resurrected into a lively neighborhood.
• Build with sustainable and ecological materials, in the logic of the short/local circuit: wood, earth, lime, hemp
• Open a dynamic site to local residents by giving them access to a health center and a café
• Enhance a landscape with endemic species, requiring little maintenance and little water consumption
• Offer residents a peaceful, ventilated and ideally oriented center with shared spaces and gentle circulation so that residents can meet each other
