This elementary school remodeling project in Santiago, Chile, encompasses 8,224 square feet divided into three distinct zones: the main access, classrooms, and the library. The design retains some original structural elements while optimizing space for improved lighting, circulation, and program functionality. The main access is welcoming and secure, classrooms are designed for enhanced teaching and student interaction, and the library is transformed into an inspiring space for reading and research. This project combines the preservation of historical elements with modern improvements to create an enriched educational environment.
