The residential building designed by Fusion Studio is located in Maipú, Mendoza, an area experiencing a significant increase in residential construction. As a result, the project aims to be disruptive and stand out from other buildings. It features two large balconies in the shape of squares, forming two white boxes that capture the attention of pedestrians. The design also includes special work on the blinds, utilizing vertical wooden rods to create a conceptual drawing effect on the white boxes. I modeled the entire virtual model, including the blinds, and also worked on the materials to enhance the realism of the views for presentation. Additionally, I was involved in the interior landscaping. I carefully selected trees that complement the colors of the climbing plants, ensuring these trees would not grow taller than the balconies. In conclusion, I created the shots, rendered them, and produced an animation and virtual reality space to showcase the interior aspect of this project.
