Howell Park is a community facing a number of disadvantages, a major one being limited access to food, especially healthy options. This center aims to enhance the efforts made by organizations such as Baton Roots to not only bring healthy options into the neighborhood but educate its residents on how to grow and cook it as well, leading to an overall improved food accessibility.
