This project is known as Pierre Toussaint, an ambulatory clinic located within the heart of Brooklyn, New York. The existing facility was in dire need of a renovating since it served as the location for AIDS testing. The facility also suffered from air leakage at the street facing windows, leaky roof, an out dated AHU and patient rooms that no longer served the public.

The new design removed outdated rooms that were replaced with a state of the art X-ray system providing another service to the community. All the patient room were updated with new finishes and equipment and the nurses/doctors were also provided their own space for note taking and consulting with each other.
