The building is designed to reflect theUnited Arab Emirates architectural features and interpreted those in order to give special identity to the project.

Estidama was rigorously applied during the design process. 

The project is located in Mazariea - Sharjah - UAE with total built up area 4500m2. 
Total cost of the project is estimated to be 45 million Dhs. 

I was a designer in this project, responsible for the architectural design, acting as Design Architect and project manager. 

I managed the project performance and schedules, design quality and bidding documents.
Developed conceptual drawings, preliminary to final design, both on the architectural and landscape elements.
