This condo concept design is for a vacant lot in the small downtown of Enfield, NH. The owner currently is handling land ownership and boundary line adjustment issues. For construction documents I will partner with a local architect.

The project uses a simple form and geometry to create efficient loft condos that have great amenities like covered parking, entry/mudrooms and ample storage.
