The six storey designed hotel was constructed in Nepal. Site area was 17054.40 sq. ft. whereas the ground floor was built on 5578.44 sq. ft. Each floor from first to fourth floor was built on 4251.36 sq. ft, but top floor was only on 973.94 sq. ft. The facade of the hotel was influenced with neoclassical plus modern architecture elements.
AutoCad, Photoshop and SketchUp, V-Ray were used for planning, designing, rendering and 3D views.
