Apartments DLH

Apartment complex of 3 floors, first floor i the parking area, second floor is the apartment level and the top floor was is a penthouse for the owner with a very lovely view of all of TJ. 

The parking haves space for a total of 10 cars (each apartment and penthouse owned 2 spots), then you go up the stairs which are made by steel beams and steel sheets, up the apartment level there are 4 unique metal doors, each door would have its own unique design. entering the apartments they are symmetrical, same design and everything. the kitchen, dinner and living room are connected and open to each other for a better "fluidity". All the apartments had great natural lighting and natural air flow, so it was always fresh and bright even at night. going up to the penthouse you would first see a big brick wall wich would take you to the living/kitchen area with a beautiful site of Tijuana and a great view of nature. big spaces, very tall (it was a split roof style house so the tallest point was around 5.4mt2 tall and the shortest height was 3.2mt2). the project took me around a year to complete, very fun and learned a lot in the way
