This is my graduation project I have been working on from Febrary to July 2017. This academic work is taking part in a global prospective research program for the region economic and urban development lead by the Seine et Marne Authority. Located in Meaux, just a few kilometers to the East from Paris, the project is proposing a vision for its development, suggesting the construction of a major civic building in a prominent site to allow the city to expand tawards South. The vertical civic center seeks to make the city climb to the sky and concurrently,  make the sky come down to the city.
