"The BoxSpot projects goal is to bring start-ups and small retailers space at a low entry point.  It is composed of a series of stacked shipping containers that form a U-shaped courtyard used for community gathering and events.  Located at the intersection of Kinsman and 81st, an area that has been forgotten by most, Burton Bell Carr has spearheaded the initiative to make this an “Urban Agricultural Innovation Zone”.  With much of the land now vacant, the 29 acre district has begun transformation.  The project should be a strong anchor for the evolving community near Cleveland’s inner core."
