This project consisted of remodeling a fabrication warehouse into a three phase project that would encompass three elements of the MMJ industry; Cultivation, Manufacturing and Distribution. The project added a second floor to the warehouse with newly designed stairs and a lift for product transportation. The project reworked the entire parking lot, added a second electrical supply and brand new ventilation system. I was involved in the project since design development and was in constant communication with the client, engineers, and design group to work through the issues that would come up. I suggested some changes throughout the phases and up until submittal that the project manager and Architect liked and implemented.
