This proposed mixed-use commercial and residential tower was designed with a basement restaurant, cellar parking, 15 hotel floors, 7 apartment floors and a rooftop terrace. The building located in Williamsburg would be connected to the basement of the Williamsburg Savings Bank allowing exclusive access for hotel guests to events at the bank. The project was never completed due to lack of appropriate funding.
