The more we're losing the ice cap in polar region, the more we'll dream about a wonderland of ice. This project is assuming an iceberg could be captured and insulated so that human could actually land on it for several days of celebration - just like the burning man! While the iceberg is going further south, it melts gradually until the festival ends.
