A small-scale resort hospitality project, consisting of a clubhouse, 3 guest houses, 4 cottages, 4 villas, a spa and a putting green over 360,600 sq.ft in Pyung-chang, Korea. 3 different types of facilities are discretely positioned to sit onto the contours of the site, giving guests selected views. The cottage areas are more private on the highest contours with a panoramic view whereas the guest house zone is an interactive space that has easy access to recreational amenities with a view of the resort.
