This charming little ranch style home from the late 1950's was transformed to a modern gem that almost doubled their square footage and gave them the home of their dreams.  The owners didn't want to leave there neighborhood but desperately wanted to live the clean modern lifestyle.  This home was featured in Phoenix Home and Garden earlier this summer (see below).
