Project’s description: the project is developed in the city centre of Valladolid, near Las
Moreras urban beach and the edge of the Pisuerga River. The project provides a new space
for expositions and conventions for the city council, inside the edge of the river, near an
important green zone and the Mayor Bridge, one of the symbols of the city. The project
includes two multifunctional spaces for exposition (115 m2 and 42 m2) or
conferences (90 people and 30 people). The smaller one should be converting in a bar.
