In St. Louis, Delmar Boulevard is the line that devides a city by race and perspective. My design is a community center located at Delmar Boulevard, which includes different programs like cafe, gallery, library, classroom, social security office. The consistent roof connects these programs together and helps to improve the interaction of black and white residents along Delmar Boulevard.
