Most Notable Project-Thesis Development project was based on the need for a LEED Certified Restaurant within the State of New Jersey and to educate the public as to the importance of using Sustainable products, recycling and reusing materials.  Most if not all of the furniture, flooring and kitchen equipment were recycled or obtained from architectural salvage yards.
