Marine Security Guard Residence

Using local stone quarried near the site, the MSGR represents a 24/7 security presence for the New Consulate Campus in Monterrey, Mexico.  A 7 bedroom building uses solar to heat the domestic water and environmental products to ensure the interior provides a healthy atmosphere for its occupants.

An exterior patio directly connected to the interior recreation space allows for private parties and plenty of shade in an extremely hot climate.  A stair overlooking the recreation space allows users to gain a sense of the double-height space.
