This project was meant to be designed for Comme des Garcons. The concept behind this building was to create an adaptable program which would help meet the needs of the ever changing fashion industry. By locating a series of elevators towards the exterior of the building I was able to use the elevators as extensions of space. The elevators would stop at a floor connecting one level to another allowing for the space to adapt to the needs of any given program. Transformable furniture can be pulled from the the interior walls in order to dress the space as suited. Movement  from within will be displayed on the exterior of the facade to further emphasize the concept of adaptability. The facade will display ads and new fashion lines to inform those who pass the building.
